I've got 16 lines for the drawing tonight. One can only hope.
I also think they have the potential to make Destiny as good as it should have been at launch, and as good as it can be now. Especially considering the dropping of legacy console support. Hopefully that will give Destiny the room to grow that it needs. But with those high hopes, I also have very low standards when it comes to Bungie these days. The bar has been dropped time and again. Not really at 100% their own fault. A lot of it has to do with the video game industry as a whole these days. And consumers play a large part as well.
RoI is going to be the first true current gen experience for Destiny. If it falls short, I will have absolutely 0 hope for this franchise moving forward, and I will cut my losses. Regardless of how ambitious a project like this is, it is still the project they chose. The community, as a whole, needs to see some major improvements and additions to this game. Without it, Destiny will continue to hemorrhage at the seams, until there's nothing left.
