Good evening; Does anyone have the time stamp for when this happened? Eirene RR4 currently produces the same damage values as the Heavy Weight (1000-Yard Stare archetype) Sniper Rifles (167/417), even though its Impact is still listed as 34 compared to the Heavy Weight 31. I've been rummaging through the update logs, and haven't been able to pin point exactly when this happened. I know it was still doing the damage output expected of a 34 Impact Sniper back in 10/2015, but some time since then, it's begun to behave like a 31 Impact Sniper.
