"I could kill you now, but I'm a generous mood as I've been reunited with an old friend." He paused. "Xenos and Daemons are one thing. They're beasts. Creatures. They cannot be reasoned with and wish our extermination. But what the Imperium calls "Heretics"-" He gestured to Iratus. "- they are Human. They are our flesh and blood. Even the ones that follow the enemy are still our family! The Imperium has been blinded by its own pride! It's Manifest Destiny to rule the Galaxy! Blinded from the fact that you worship a rooting corpse atop a life support!" He paused again. "Iratus here opened my eyes. For he does not partake in the actions of the Chaos Legions. He merely respects the Blood God." He paused for the final time. "So if you plan to combat me and my friend-" he drew his Power Sword, a Blade of Caliban, then he drew a Plasma Pistol. "-then stop wasting my time."

The man was cooking with anger now, the words of this Heretic infuriating him to no end. These.. these lies! "What can I expect? A one on one or a two on one?" He truly didn't care; always accept a fight, no matter how great the challenge - and he was gonna accept this fight a mlright - even if it would cost him his own life.. Nay, his life belonged to the Emperor. The God Emperor of Mankind, with all his glory. Not a.. A corpse on life support!
-
Leonidas sighed and looked at Iratus. Iratus shrugged. Leonidas took a step forward and twirled his Power Sword. "One. On. One." Iratus was eager to see the fighting, as he sat down and took out a bowl of KHORNE FLAKES. A Red-eared Splinter turtle crawled out from under his pauldron. Iratus petted it, and began to feed it KHORNE FLAKES.
-
Bruh.
The Templar paid the Berzerker no mind as he got into a combat stance, his Bolter will raised, his Chainsword too, in case he needed to block any hits - although his opponent was wielding a Power Sword.
-
Iratus has a Turtle Pet. He feeds him Khorne Flakes. U wot?
Leonidas let the tip of his blade touch the ground, his Plasma Pistol aimed down. A strange position, but perhaps he was up to something.
-
idk
Then, the slightly fanatic Black Templar fired his Bolter on the Heretic before him, each explosive Bolt firing from the gun with a deafening bang. This heresy must be purged.
-
Leonidas raised his sword horizontally. Most of the bullets hit the blade but one managed to scrape the side of his armor. He didn't pay mind to it, as he then fired a shot from his Plasma Pistol. He then charged, Power Sword ready to swing.
-
Skatai (the Black Templar) leapt diagonally forwards, moving himself out of harms way while also bringing him closer to Leonidas, the Initiate's Chainsword arm letting out a mighty roar as the teeth started to spin. The man then charged at the Heretic, still firing the explosive Bolts from his Bolter.
-
Leonidas dashed to the side, dodging the bullets but still retaining his speed. He came from the Templar's right side, and slashed at his stomach.
-
Edited by Nox: 7/22/2016 11:30:03 PMThe Templar was quick to go into a slide, skidding underneath the sword - but that wasn't all he did; he also jabbed the Heretic in the side of his knee with the bayonet, ramming it in deep before pulling the trigger, firing the last Bolt in his Bolter before skidding further, the bayonet being forcefully pulled out.
-
Leonidas let out a dark chuckle. "Lucky shot." His blown knee didn't seem to bother him, as he put away his Plasma Pistol and wielded his sword with both hands.
-
He smirks, and lets go of the Bolter at he leaped back onto his feet, throwing the Berzerker a look in the process. Then, he quickly turned back to the Heretic, slowly spinning the Bolter around on the chain, his Bolter arm spinning a lot slower than before. "Looks like I still got it in me.."
-
"You haven't seen anything yet..." Leonidas said in a more serious tone. Leonidas held his sword two handed at his side, the blade pointing at the Black Templar.
-
"You are Deathwatch after all.." He said, getting in a combat stance again, his Bolter still slowly spinning on the chain at his side like he was gonna bash someone's head in with it while his Chainsword arm was raised, covering half his face even though he held it away from him.
-
Leonidas slowly walked towards him, unwavering.
-
He simply stood still, his muscles tensed, ready to make the Space Marine jump to the side to dodge an attack in an instant.
-
Shockingly, the Deathwatch threw his sword towards you. It flew through the air like a spear, intent on impaling a certain Astartes.
-
That certain Astartes dashed out of the way, hitting the blade from the top with his Bolter in the process, knocking it to the ground. Then, he charged the now unarmed Heretic, swinging downwards with his Chainsword while swinging at the Heretic's head with his Bolter from the right side, intent on bashing someone's helmet it.
-
All according to plan. In order for the Templar to dodge the sword, he had to focus on it, and that moment of concentration was more than enough time for Leonidas to execute his final assault. Before the Templar could recover from dodging the sword, Leonidas slammed him against the wall. Leonidas' hands were glowing an eerie orange, as were the lenses of his helmet. In a yell of rage, Leonidas grabbed the Chainsword Arm, and ripped it out with ease! He took it in his hand, driving it into the Templar's right shoulder. It wouldn't kill him, but he couldn't get off the wall without ripping out the Chainsword. Leonidas sighed and picked up his sword, sheathing it. "I didn't want it to be like this." He walked away, his Berzerker friend picking up his KHORNE FLAKES, and his Turtle climbing on top of his helmet. They left the Templar, broken and beaten.
-
The entire arm was made out of adamantium and ceramic, same with the parts that connected it to his chest. On top of that, he was also wearing armour up to the elbow on his Chainsword arm, all in all making tearing it off very hard. While the Heretic was yanking on his arm, the Astartes grabbed his own Bolter, and rammed the bayonet into the Heretic's throat, ramming the knife straight through the throat guard. He then twisted and moved the knife, making the wound absolutely gigantic, eventually decapitating the foul Heretic completely - though his arm was severely damaged.
-
Leonidas was a Psyker, and what he just did, was because he's a Psyker. It's called Maelleus Hammerhead, this makes his hands have the power to crush Adamantium and punch holes through Dreadnaughts. He ripped the arm off without trouble and impaled your shoulder. Even if he didn't rip it off and you attempted jamming your Bolter into his neck, his Errant Armor was made SPECIFICALLY to prevent that from happening with an Adamantium neck guard. No.
-
Well I didn't know that so rip. But can you like, at least kill him? I wanted to have him killed off.
-
The more you know. Anyway, Leonidas wouldn't be himself if he killed an Astartes without good reason. I mean, you were just doing your job. So, I'll just leave you there. But you could like, commit seppuku or get killed by a Daemon.
-
Nah, I guess I'll drag my ass back to the General Quarters and hopefully get patched up or some shit.
-
Alright. Just take this battle as a warning not to -blam!- with Leo. He's as good as a Psyker as he is a warrior.
end
