I don't have any DLC's or Xbox Live Gold. I hit level 34 on all 3 of my classes. My current attack for weapons is around 160 and same with the Light level. What is the max light level, weapon attack, and defense for just the base game without any Gold or DLC's? Also, Are all the legendary items limited to level 40? The only legendary stuff I have at the moment is the ship, "Vintage Russian Soul" and the Stranger's Rifle. I also won some legendary fusion and pulse rifles as well as the Spektar Gauntlets and Greaves. If some legendary items aren't for only level 40, how can I obtain them other than engrams?
