when i use my hand cannon the programming makes it so autos win all the time if i dont take cover . i think there fine the way they are hand cannons need more of a buff. i shoot just as many bullets at autos and lose and win against other guns often. the usage of auto rifles are not low !!! out in the open autos beat hand cannons dont know how you dont see this.
