Yeh... No Maybe if they decided to give all class specific exotics burn then sure. But on its own, it's strong enough. I don't consider it over powered, since you sacrifice your super and nova bomb got a nice buff. But it is dangerously close to that line. Giving it even more without compensating the other guns is just asking for trouble.
