Sounds like the Aztecs over in South America. Those guys had many sacrificial rituals, and lots of messed up stuff, then they were killed off by the Spanish. Humans are strange

"Its wasn't so much the killing more like them deciding to just leave 6 kid younger than five out there have the time the kids dont come cause of the maneater dragons but sometimes they granted mercy when a normal elder like finds them. Cause then they will be spared. "Says talath
