Honestly nothing's OP in PvE, which is a problem really. All guns are pea shooters in prominent PvE situations. Nightfall? Pea shooter, raid? Pea shooter. Heroics? Pea shooter. All those nerfs they've done on account of PvP drastically hurt PvE, so when a gun is just okay, it appears OP. Which brings me to ask, who in their right mind is complaining about OP in this bullshit PvE anyway? You'd think they'd be happy something's really good in PvE, it would make it easier which is the point of getting better gear in an RPG. Seriously, has anyone really played any RPG and thought to themselves "this boss fight used to he painfully hard for no reason, but this gear helps make it easier. Let's nerf the shit out of it!" Anyone at all? The odds are that no one has done that.
