A Trip into the Distant Past
A dark, stormy day. Nothing to do. The loud group of Vio, Fentis, Clari, and Theresa are drunk, laughing, and breaking things. Everybody was stuck inside the dojo, everybody besides one.
Arthur had left the moment the storm started, to search for something. He had left Excalibur in his room, the door slightly open.
You've always wondered what it felt like, to hold a legendary sword.
Alright
I think he said something about him... killing himself... Ah, I hate this... *Cyan stabs herself in the chest*
-
As the sword reaches her, Arthur pulls Excalibur away from Cyan. "I think that's all that needs to be seen...." He says, stowing the sword.
-
I don't think there was much else to see... I'm sorry... *Cyan looks down* How long were you there?
-
"Hm. I just got back around 3 minutes ago." Arthur sighs. "Well, now you know the past behind the fabled King Arthur."
-
Yes, I am sorry about that. Of course, I have had similar experiences.
-
"I'm sure you have, Cyan. Now, it's getting late. I think that it's time for you to go." Arthur gestures towards the door. "I'm sorry if I am being a little rude."
-
Oh, not at all, I get it. *Cyan walks over to the door* We shall meet again, Arthur.
-
"Indeed we shall."
Finfish.
Yuria passed by his room, stopping to look inside. "Oh... Well, I always wanted to..." She entered Arthur's room, looking at Excalibur gleefully. But also...with some sadness. Was it right, to touch the holy blade of a legendary king? She was one of the dark, as well. Minutes later, she decided. "Just holding it..." Yuria reaches for the hilt of Excalibur.
-
As her hand touches the blade, she seems to be sucked into a vision of some sorts... only different. She becomes a twelve year old boy, in the middle of a medieval town. A full grown man walks up to a sword in the middle, the sword stuck in a stone. He pulls, with all his might, but is unable to pull it out. "Ah, it was worth a try," He says, giving up.

Edited by Orn: 7/27/2016 1:57:08 AMDamnit, Yuria... She thinks to herself. She was actually quite pissed. And terrified. If Arthur found her... She had to find a way out. NOW.
-
A man looks at Yuria. "Hey, kid, what are you doing here?"
-
"I...I think I can pull the sword." Did I actually speak there? Respond? Oh no, this is worse than I thought...
-
The man laughs. "Well, then, kid. Go on, give it a try!"
-
Oh no. Yuria, or Arthur, walks over to the sword in the stone.
-
People in the crowd point at Yuria. Some laugh, some sigh. What was this kid thinking, trying to pull out a sword people in their prime couldn't?
-
Edited by Orn: 7/27/2016 2:07:28 AMYuriArthur grasped the hilt of the blade, and pulled upwards with all of the might they had. Which probably wasn't much.
-
The sword comes out easily. The onlookers are shocked into silence. Then, a few seconds later, they begin chanting. "King Arthur! King Arthur! King Arthur!"
-
YuriArthur looks around in joy, holding the holy sword. Wow. This is something.

Edited by Cazberry Pie: 7/27/2016 2:14:16 AMTime seems to skip by, and Yuria is sitting at Arthur's desk, looking at Excalibur. Wondering what to do.
-
Yuria sighs. She gets up.
-
A knock at the door. A woman comes in, presumably Arthur's mother. "Artie? What are you planning to do?"
-
Edited by Orn: 7/27/2016 2:18:57 AM"Nothing, mother. Just...thinking." HELP ME!!!
-
"Dear, you pulled the sword out. I think you need to train with it. I hired a professional, he's downstairs, waiting."
-
"Oh! That sounds great. Thank you, mother." YuriArthur gets the sword and goes downstairs. Oh no...
