I wonder what the win% is for teams that capped and held A on that map....bet it's 25% or less. IMO, if they moved C, they could fix that damn map...

I would move A and switch it with the spawn near A

I'd put it up on the ledge just behind the circular room which would balance it between the two points...I think

No no, flip that 180. It puts it a tad closer to A and out of B side sniper lanes

Ah, on A-side? Hmm, not sure. Would make B inconsequential?

Take column out of the circular room and put the point right on top of that pedestal. Puts it within both A and B sniper lanes so that it can be contested accordingly without one side being subject to a choke point per se.
