Leonidas stood still when the mentioning of his previous Chapter. "No. I cannot. I took an oath." He looked away, as if it sprouted bad memories. Iratus put a hand on Leonidas' shoulder.

[i]The Templar said a soft, "oh," and went very silent afterwards, just standing still in silence for a while. Then it was like he wanted to say something, but ended up changing his mind. [/i]

Leonidas let out a sigh of relief as it was over. The terrors of his mind subsided. Leonidas looked back at the Templar. "So what now?"

[i]The Templar responded with a very simple and soft, [/i] "Convince me." [i]It should be obvious what he was talking about. And if it wasn't: he wanted Leonidas to.. open Skatai's eyes.[/i]

Leonidas looked at the Templar. "When was the last time you saw the Emperor?"

[i]The Templar just looked back at Leonidas, staring as he carefully said,[/i] "I don't think I've ever seen Him.."

"Then prove he exists."

[spoiler]oshit[/spoiler] [i]The Templar fell silent, thinking as he looked down at the ground. [/i] "I.. can't.." [i]He very silently said, almost like a whisper. [/i]

"Then why do you worship a concept that you aren't even sure exists?" His voice was full of concern and pity.

"Because it was hammered in there for as long as I remember.. Whatever happened, they said the Emperor.." [i]He closed his eyes with a deep breath, his shoulders hanging low. [/i]

"How do you know the Imperium isn't ruled by a group of Fanatics? How do you know the Military isn't corrupt?"

[i]The Templar didn't respond, just slowly shaking his head in silence. Then he spoke up again, his voice silent and monotone, [/i] "I don't.."

"Your superiors are brainwashed sociopaths. Killing innocents because they have an opinion."

"I get it! I get it, I get it.. I understand.. It was all a lie.. But.. you're lying.. Then.. No.. Yes? I don't know.. I don't know, I just don't.. I don't want to believe you, but honestly.. I do.."
