When I got the 2.3.1 patch a couple of days ago I started getting the typical kick outs with the typical messages. Normally when this happens I wait until the next day to play it again and it works fine. This time I came back after only about an hour or so. Then it started doing something it has never done before. Now, when I start up the game it shows the Bungie logo. Next it starts to draw the title graphic, but freezes part way. This means I can't "press A to play". I decided to give it a day or two to see of the issue would resolve itself. It did not. However, today I discovered that if I sit and wait long enough the fully drawn screen will pop up. This means that I can play the game, but it is still very annoying. [u]Is there anything I can do to make the game start up properly?[/u] Also, why is it doing this? On a side note, sometimes it will appear to start up normally, but when I press A it does nothing. It eventually will respond to my button press, but I have no visual cue. In case you're wondering, I played for a while today and so far haven't gotten kicked out. Edit: I'm playing on Xbox One if it matters. Also, I checked my network several times and it is working fine.
