A Fools Folly.
She had been walking the Bloodwrath for what seemed to be 4 Terran hours, her plasma blade ready to strike down anything. Nothing approached her yet...which she found odd. Is this place barren? she thought to herself, that couldn't have been right though. Her sensors picked up movement and she grabbed her plasma pistol, a rather dangerous weapon to use due to how it has a chance to explode in ones hand.
Then it appeared, A khornate Bloodletter. It somehow jumped her from behind, it attempted to cut her in two with its blade but she was faster. Using her plasma blade she managed to block the sword blow, She quickly jumped back and fired her plasma pistol once at the Bloodletter. She had hit her mark right on the bloodletters chest, but even with a gaping hole in its chest it still charged towards her.
She was surprised it managed to live through her Plasma shot and prepared her blade. The bloodletter tried to slash once more but she anticipated it and swiftly dodged to the side and then stabbed her blade into its abdomen, she quickly cut her attacker in two and to make sure it stayed dead she cut off its head with ease.
"Shit...should have been more careful..." She said as she sat down. Looking at the bloodletters corpse. "I should probably..rest."

Step.. Drag.. Step.. Drag.. Step.. Drag.. This is what the woman heard, coming from one of the darkened hallways. Then it came into view. A tall man in a silver and black suit of armour stepped into the light. He nodded at the woman, and muttered something along the lines of "damn cultists" before stopping, and dropping something, the thing he had been dragging being left in the dark. Probably for the best. He looked at the Bloodletter, unless it disintegrated or some shit, and then back at the woman with a grunt of approval. "Damn demons.. I think that one's called a.. Bloodletter? Weak on their own, very dangerous in numbers.. Blade cuts through basically everything.. Real dangerous, those ones." He took a very deep breath, looking the woman up and down as if sizing her up, his eyes resting on the plasma blade. His own plasma claws showed from his gauntlets for a little, before disappearing once again. "That was a great first impression, ain't it?" He chuckled to himself, silently.

Edited by Thot Slayer Emps: 7/30/2016 7:43:43 PM"He was an annoying bugger." Her British voice said as she got up, possibly to see what this man was up to. Light bended around her and other science shit, effectively camouflaging herself.

"Oh, invisibility, eh? Well, it ain't invisibility. Just bendin' light 'round ya. Motion trackers are handy li'l things." He wasn't armed, his weapons being on his back, as was evident by the two weapon butts protruding from the back of his right shoulder - but the plasma blades would be ready to kill in less than a second, not that he would use them, if it wasn't needed. "So what's a li'l damsel doin' in this place? Lost? There's a sanctuary thingy majeec somewhere near this li'l awful place." He didn't seem to be a threat aside from his truly awful accent. Thing could probably drive someone insane.

"My sense of direction is kinds fücked in this 'ere place.. I can lead you there - without trying any shady shit."

As you sat down, you see the air get displaced a little bit, along with the sound of rushing static.

She looked around, gripping her blade tightly. Not knowing what would happen.

((It's kinda short because I lost the original post I was writing on Accident.)) Two Space Marines and a Dreadnought approached her, kinda warily. One was armed with a Power Sword, Boltpistol, and Storm Bolter, the other the same stuff, except the Bolter was just a regular Bolter, and the Dreadnought had a Multi Melta as its right arm. "Are you in need of Assistance?" One marine spoke up.
-
"And who are you?" She said, in a British accent...except the UK doesn't exsist anymore in Warhammer..I'll just move on. She got up, holding her Plasma sword and pistol. "Unless there is a sanctuary around here than I dont need help..I'm perfectly capable on my own." She almost died to a bloodletter tho.
-
"If I may, this place is not somewhere you want to be alone. Ever. Us three and another were nearly killed by a Greater Daemon of Khorne not too long ago. And yes, there is a sort of.. sanctuary in this place."
-
"Can you lead the way to this..sanctuary then?" She said in the most polite tone she could. "I'd prefer not to die."
-
"Surely. Be wary, though. It is a ways away. We will most likely run into at least a few Daemons along the way."
-
"Like this guy right here?" She said looking at the dead blood letter. "I guess I'll just follow then.. Don't really have a choice now do I?"
-
"No, unless you'd like to be killed painfully by Daemons."
-
"No need to explain that dear."
She said..almost mockingly.
-
"Heh. Let's go." They started walking.
