Although I'm at my wit's end with these kinds of posts, I don't want to be rude either. It's great that you're trying to be creative and offer suggestions but the point isn't to give incentive for others to continue playing on past gen. Please understand this. At my old work, we never fired anyone unless extreme circumstances. We'd start taking shifts away or we'd give them nothing but long and stressful shifts. Employees would either adapt or see themselves out. It's a slow burn. Sorry man.
