Xbone and PS4 are cheaper than they've ever been. And TTK is pretty heavily discounted. Not sure why people are unable to upgrade. It took me about 3 months to save up for everything at full price.

You can also trade in your 360 or PS3, and use it toward a current-gen system. That alone drops the price by at least $100

Yeah, that's life. You save up $400 extra for something for yourself, then your car blows a piston, or needs new tires, or your Dog/Cat gets sick and needs a Vet-Visit... I hear ya, man.
