I agree with you. This dlc was never intended. We were told there was nothing coming, but events. But after huge numbers left, due to crap raid, sbmm, and overall state of the game. They had no choice, active numbers got very low and forced their hand. First they handed out free max light level and candy in april and now this dlc. They are hoping this will help sell destiny 2. All you have to do is some daily bounties and patrols, to see that most of the people playing are new.
