When new PC games come out stating what's needed to make it run effectively to get the best gaming experience possible, do you sue the game maker or save up and get a better PC or hardware upgrade?

Fun fact time. When WoW had a major graphical overhaul in WoD expack, then again in legion, posts like this littered their forums as well claiming they were being "unfair and discriminatory" to people witj old pcs. Keep in mind you could and still can run wow on min specs with basically a toaster. Still, people wanted to sue, just like this post. Humans.

Yes, key word minimal. Meaning you don't get the best experience possible. Same can be said for the new DLC. They COULD possibly run it, at a cost of having a piss poor gaming experience. I had an old PC and bought some new games and was upset for a few when the games I wanted to play, think Hitman 1 and 2 when they came out and Star Trek: Bridge Commander, Star Wars: Jedi Knight II were choppy and crashed. When I read the requirements needed to have a much better experience, I was upset a little bit. However I understood perfectly what was needed. I upgraded my PC, eventually bought a nicer laptop, and the fun and experience was awesome.
