By agreeing to the EULA you agree that at any time, the developer can chage the content you've agreed to use. You can terminate the agreement at anytime by simply not using it.
If you feel that the developer/publisher has too much power over your investment, don't invest. As the End User of the product, that's your decision to make, and no time have the publishers agreed to allow you to 'revert' to previous versions of the software.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
