If you're a sniper then yes, it can absorb about 2 sniper shots. If you use. Primaries then you should be ok, not sure about shotguns thou, sometimes i get lucky and sometimes unlucky against them.

You should be ok with primaries? 3 pulse rifle bursts/last word shots to break this crap and you should be ok with primaries? Juggernaut can survive a golden gun shot, and this is not ok.

Get the high ground. You can shoot over the shield If you manage to get under them or they start skating, shoot their feet Also if thay fails and they get close, they still have to ready up their weapon, after they stop sprinting, time it right and shotgun them
