Why is this even a topic? Have you turds forgotten how to read, or are you truly idiotic to the point of someone should stick you in an assisted living condition?
Read the EULA. You have no rights, no recourse, no say in your characters, the game, anything.
It's all owned by Bungie and the host publisher Activision. You can't sue, for any reason at any time.
You play at their mercy, on their game, at their discretion.

Actually there are was to legally subvert EULAs...especially in class action suits. Not that I'm advocating it, its absurd but still...its happened to Apple, Microsoft, Sony, and even Nintendo. Oh and Google. Consumer rights largely can't be signed away. If and individual wanted to sue...you are correct. No rights essentially. A class action lawsuit however...totally doable.
