Come feel incredibly insignificant with me

The earth goes around the sun at 107,000km/h (66,000 miles per hour). The sun, the earth and the rest of the solar system orbit the center of the Milky Way galaxy at an estimated 792,000km/h (483,000 miles per hour). Relative to cosmic background radiation, our Galaxy itself appears to be moving at a speed of 2.1 million km/h (1.3 million miles) in the direction of Leo and Virgo. It's this motion I find mind-boggling. G'night.
