"It started right after the heart repair...." [b]He looks thoughtful.[/b]

"No, no, it's not your fault... nothing is ever your fault." [b]He smiles slightly.[/b] "At least I can actually fight now."

"I think... maybe... you cut off all the excess soulsteel that was able to be cut off, correct?"

"Then there's the problem... if you cut off [i]all[/i] the extra soulsteel, wouldn't that mean the soulsteel filling the dent would've been cut off as well? Thing is, if the extra soulsteel filling the dent was cut off, I would be screaming in pain right now...."

"Oh. Yeah, in my room...why do you need it?"

"There may or may not be a soul trapped inside it... just give me the damn dagger."

"Okay, Jesus." [b]Iza runs off, then comes back with the dagger minutes later. She hands it to Omnus.[/b]

[b]He takes the dagger, and examines it closely. A few minutes later, he comes up with a conclusion.[/b] "This dagger contains a soul. Don't know who's soul. But it does."

"So there's a soul within the dagger, so..." [b]Iza figures it out.[/b] "Oh...so...oh."

"Yeah... my guess is that some of the soul escaped the dagger, due to it being made of diamond instead of soulsteel. Sooo, it's trapped inside my soulsteel heart."

"And that soul just happens to be the thing screwing with you. Making you...angry. More violent. Right?"
