Is the Vestian Dynasty lost forever?
I've recently realized that over time I have dismantled the 3 Vestian Dynasties that I have acquired. Is there any way to get another one? I've attempted the abandoned questlines kiosk and almost finished the HoW storyline to no avail. Short of deleting a character, does anyone have a solid answer on how to get it back?

The real question is the gun coming to year 3?

Complete the House of Wolves storyline and Petra we'll sell it. I would suggest going for Queens Choice instead though. It's basically the same gun but slightly better. I have one at 335, Arc damage with crowd control and feeding frenzy
