On PS4 the Disciples of Crota grimoire card is not being awarded. I have all the grimoire for the disciples (hand/eyes/heart/omnigul) but it won't give me the activity grimoire card.

EDIT: I found a solution. For anyone who is having the same problem I did, make sure you have all your grimoire for the disciples and then rerun "The Wakening" mission and it should award you the grimoire.
