i just thought that there was no real incentive to have all the gear now, u lvl up with progress no matter what now since the april update. the only way to get max lvl b4 was with raid gear, and that would have been cool if they kept that along with infusion. But then they would get a full set and have no use for it now. I never wear it, their is no incentive really.
