NO! Then we would go back to everyone looking the exact same with one full set rather than the mix and match we see. Plus would ruin exotics.

If anything, not having enough variations in armor combos that are effective in PvP or PvE forces everyone to wear the same gear to exploit the same meta. I'd rather either see a separation of cosmetic designs and the armor's actual perks, and/or create a system where you can upgrade non-legendary gear to Legendary status via infusion so people don't all end up wearing the same gear.

What?.... More options are always a good thing. And this is clearly balanced by lack of an exotic. What has what other people look like have to do with anything?
