So what you are saying is that the reason why there are more cheaters on PS is because PS sells more consoles than XB? That makes sense... The videos plastered through the forums do not lie.

So a kid goes out, begs his parents to buy him X console, first game he plays, some kid is redbarring, lagswitching, cheating... Next day he makes his parents go back out to get him Y console and the parents say, but buddy, you got X console because it came with extra shinny gear...
