Even if it is I don't see how that would manipulate the fire rate of Hawksaw to fire constantly. Modded controllers that fire full auto are still confined to the max fire rate of said weapon.

watch the vids on youtube about modded controllers they will empty a clip in seconds

Provide a link that proves what you're talking about. Every vid I've ever seen on modded controllers simply shows them firing in full auto. BTW you can empty a magazine in seconds with no mods whatsoever.

yes even with rapid fire. The modded controllers can be sending the "fire" signal to the game 1000/second but the gun will still only fire at it's max fire rate. When you're using Mida you can pull the trigger way faster than the gun will fire. Works the same way with modded controllers.

There was a post about it when pantheon was trials map a while ago ( not sure if it was trials or just elimination) but that guy was shooting his pdx way to damn fast. People wouldn't get molded controllers if they didn't work.

Alright buddy think whatever you want but that's not how they work. They allow you to shoot any gun in full auto at it's maximum potential (actually slows down most AR's) but no faster than the gun is designed to shoot.
