I have the Hawksaw with full auto. Two of them, precisely. None have a higher RoF. It just makes so that you don't have to tap the trigger. Check my warlock and titan and you'll see.
Edit: my titan is with a Hawksaw that ISN'T full auto. Compare the two. No RoF increase at all.
