Modded controller. They're becoming more common. I forget the name of the one you can get for $60 and it grants pulse to be fired as auto. Anyone can google it & place an order. It can also up the damage for Suros Regime, specifically - - I saw this one in action myself yesterday. If this is permitted and becomes more prevalent, I suppose it'll be time for a new controller. With all of these unwanted nerfs, part of me can't really fault these users but so much. Does anyone know if bans are/have been handed out to folks using these controllers?
