You are correct sir. The Hawksaw in the video was shooting faster than the full auto perk would ever allow it to shoot at. I have a full Auto Dis 47 and it does not shoot at the speed the cheaters Hawksaw did in the video.
Anyone claiming it's a Full Auto Perk is talking out their ass.
