Our sources have leaked the upcoming 2.3.2 patch notes right from Bungie's studio. This patch will affect almost all weapon types in the game with a few subclasses.
[i][b]Auto Rifles[/b][/i]
[i]Changes:[/i]
-Reduced ROF on all HROF autos by 80%
-Reduced all auto rifle range by 30%
-Increased LROF auto rifle impact by 0.04%
[b][i]Pulse Rifles[/i][/b]
[u]Changes:[/u]
-Grasp of Malok & Smite of Merian removed and replaced by 300 glimmer each
-All pulse rifles now do 15% less damage
-Suros pulse rifle range decreased by 98%
-Hakke pulse rifles now have Guerrilla Fighter as their only perk
-HROF pulse rifle stability decreased by 340%
[b][i]Scout Rifles[/i][/b]
[i]Changes:[/i]
-All scouts had their range significantly reduced. They can only be used at point blank range before getting a slight damage fall off starting at 67% less impact
-HROF scout rifle impact increased to match LROF scouts such as the Vision of Confluence
-Carried ammo capacity reduced by 26%
[b][u]Hand Cannons[/u][/b]
[u]Changes:[/u]
-All hand cannons except for exotics (covered later in the article) had their magazine size decreased to match that of the uncommon HC Bandit Mk. 40 which has a mag of a whopping 4 bullets.
-Hand cannons can no longer have more than 1 perk as long as the rarity is not Exotic
-All HC had their impact reduced by 69%
[b][i]Exotic Primaries[/i][/b]
Suros Regime:
-Spinning up will now be the only option and will shoot twice as fast but at the cost of 300% less stability
-Range reduced by 30%
-Damage fall off effect increased by 15%
-Reticle bloom increased by 45%
The Fabian Strategy:
-When exotic perk is active, impact is reduced by so that it does half the damage a bullet hose would do
-Perks replaced by exhumed and guerilla fighter
No Time to Explain:
-Exotic perk changes, instead of refunding ammo at precision hits, it now deducts the same amount of bullets you used to kill an enemy from your magazine AND reserves. This is to encourage precision hits even more and to make players more conservative in terms of ammo
-Range decreased by 10% cuz lol y not?
Bad Juju:
-Each kill roots you in place for 6 seconds making you an easy target but in compensation, you now deal 77 times the damage.
-String of Curses effect duration increased by 20 seconds
Red Death:
-No longer has perk
Mida Multi Tool:
-Just like all other scouts, range was significantly decreased.
-Reticle removed from sights
-A "bug" that we "couldn't fix" now flipped the speed boost Mida gives you into a 666% speed reduction.
Tlaloc:
-Clearly underpowered so...
-Exotic perk is ALWAYS active
-Range, impact, stability, and mag size increased by 100%
-Exotic perk effects increased by 250%
-Not affected by other scout rifle changes
Thorn is coming back;
-Now is a OHK at ALL ranges with body shots.
-Poison effect now makes opponent screens completely green making it impossible to see and also giving an impression that the game crashed
-Mag size increased to 666 bullets
-It will now have an extra hidden perk called "Satan's Touch"; All enemies in proximity (60 meters) start burning.
The Last Word:

The First Curse:
- RoF decreased by 30%
- Impact reduced by 50%
