Last week had a higher tuning of SBMM than the week before it. I say it by personal feel and experience rather than any sort of hard evidence. Sometimes I get it (things are too easy)...but when the game is dictated by lag it's not worth playing at all. SBMM has a place...but only in a game with dedicated servers.
