I have filed a false advertising complaint against Bungie care of Activision.
Activision said to contact Bungie.
I'm just following protocol by posting this in the forum, as per Activision recommendation.
They have informed me that Bungie has no customer support number.
Please review my complaint and contact me.
Thank you.

Edited by metdevil678: 8/11/2016 4:50:55 AMFrivolous lawsuit inbound. You realise by agreeing to the EULA you allow Bungie to change the game's code at will, right? The only way that False Advertising would've counted in this case is if they actively used those items as a promotional incentive and they were never available in the first place. Imagine if Iron Gjallarhorn wasn't given to those who pre-ordered. That would be false advertising. Unfortunately, even if that did happen, you agreeing to the EULA by playing the game at all trumps any of your claims. Source: I've been a lawyer for 42 years. And I'm in my 20's...

Not that I don't believe you, because why wouldn't Activision lie to me, but this post is for a Bungie employee to address, not a community member. This problem was also brought up to Activision in regards to Bungie's lack of customer service/support. Thank you for trying help.
Activision threw you to the sharks bro. They sent you here so that we could laugh at you.
