Honestly going into non leveled crucible and especially sweats and scrims can be absolute hell for me since I don't have a matador or a felwinters lie. It kind of sucks that these guns that were absolute kings and were defining are no longer available at all. It mainly comes down to reroll ability since I'd love to have a god shotgun like seemingly everyone else but the one time I got rangefinder on my party crasher it came without any range upgrade in the middle column. Honestly if bungie wants to do balancing, then you should create an available route to get these guns again and one way would be to return weapons like felwinters lie in iron engrams. That's my thoughts anyways

I want eftideets spear. Not because it was op, but because it was eftideets.

No stop trying to make year 2 and year 3 players look like year 1 players soon you won't be able to tell the difference unless you have some year 1 emblems
-
Felwinter isn't usually allowed in sweats
-
Wait so they aren't designed to give weapons in the first place?
-
Does anyone know if these are going to be infusable or not?
-
Yes I would love a year 3 Efrideet's spear :3

Matador and Felwinter aren't too good. I, personally, love my The Comedian. Lots of fun. Although usually I just use my RR4 sniper.
-
I would love to see an Iron Banner armor engrams and weapon engrams. Those would be pretty sweet drops!

I wouldn't be surprised if the new IB guns are the old guns (stats wise), just with a new look. I'd be totally for getting a new Efrideet's spear or Timur's lash. I miss them so, I regret dismantling them.

Edited by iDovahBear: 8/11/2016 4:23:31 PMI like how Bungie pretends if they deny good loadouts based on RNG, there is somehow diversity. Truth is, unless you're just complacent, most people will dismantle anything not worth using. Which means we only use what is generally useful for most of our time spent in Crucible. This whole notion of maintaining diversity is a sham for making sure we feel the need to grind/play more. With Reforging, players could confidently give up four weeks into the expansion if content was dry. Now the idea is the RNG will substitute as actual content. As if that worked in Vanilla Destiny, though. I think it's funny you bring up Shotguns though. They are honestly some of the hardest weapons to balance, especially considering how many perks they have that extend range. They need looked at. I'm not saying they need nerfed. But their dependence on a complete range build is obnoxious. They need to have base range stats made flat across the board and leave perks that are more useful for Shotguns.

They said something about diversity something like if people can get the weapons that they want as they want there is going to be 2 or 3 weapons in crucible so they wont move the weapons system. The translation is that they are lazy to fix some horrible weapons like hakke shotguns wich could impact diversity in a positive way and to change the weapons system wich will make happy many players.
