I'm currently on Xbox 360 and would like to upgrade to the Xbox One S. I have a hard disk of Destiny the Taken King. I would like to get Rise of Iron for the Xbox One and I'm pretty sure it's functional with the Xbox One S. Do I need to re-buy Destiny Legendary edition (disk or digital) for Xbox One or get Destiny the Collection that include Rise of Iron, when it comes out? Also, if re-purchasing Destiny on a hard disk is there a way to do a game trade with GameStop or other?
All this and keeping my current characters and progress through the Account Import.
Any advice on what to do is appreciated! Thx

Edited by iiiiKIZERiiii: 8/17/2016 12:00:46 AM360 Disc does not work in XboxOne/XboxOne S If you login to XboxLive and purchase the Destiny "Upgrade:The Collection" you will download the entire game digital and will not need the disc anymore. Otherwise your going to have to buy the "The Collection" at full price and get the disc. I did this on my phone and it worked pretty well. Personally I just paid the $40 today so I could get rid of my Disc and go strickly digital on my XboxOne. =) When you login to your XboxOne you will be able to play the current Taken King game and your characters should transfer over. Day of Release of Rise of Iron you'll be able to download/play it.
