I understand exactly what that means. Last time they said "at least Fall 2015" and then released the content Fall 2015, setting a precedent. So this time when they said "at least Fall 2016", the expectation was that it would indeed be Fall 2016. That expectation no longer appears to be accurate, but Bungie hasn't officially said anything clearly, so that's the reason for asking for clarification. What's the problem with expecting Bungie to talk to the community when things are unclear?

You are on ps4 you don't understand. We pay the same but get less because we learned that our consoles wouldn't be receiving exclusives. Not only do we have to wait to get ps4 exclusives but now Sony can keep renewing the contract as long as they want.
