What I understand is this... PlayStation wants to lure the last gen people who are upgrading to current gen. What better way than to hold their exclusive license. It really is a business. A business about games. Well played Sony. I get the frustration. I'll admit that. Admit you get the business aspect of it and there we have transparency.

Nobody one Xbox will do that because then they will lose the last two years of progress
-
I'm sure someone will

The thing is that you can't import characters across platforms. Why would someone who played on 360 that put in about 500 hours lose ALL progress just for a few guns, a crucible map and a strike? Maybe some people think it's a worthwhile trade off, but that seems -blam!-ing stupid to me.

To be honest, the SMART thing to do would be to get a Ps4 asap. Especially if Destiny lasts 10 years. I hassle, I know, but I'd rather have the whole game. Mind you I mainly play Destiny.
-
That's true. I wouldn't call it stupid. I'm sure some will go that route and it won't affect you in the slightest way.

As someone who has played on both consoles, I just don't think a few exclusive items is worth that much of my time.
-
I agree. Some might though. That's the beauty of the whole thing. We're all different.

Well you want people to respond and/or upvote to get the attention of Bungie so you'll have to deal with different opinions. Sad but true.

I get that it's a business. I'm not asking for justification about the exclusives themselves. I'm asking for clarification on what's going on from Bungie directly, since everyone else seems more than willing to chime in with their two cents and "sources". Why is that so hard for people to understand?
