Console exclusives have been around for years.
You not purchasing ROI for Xbox will only make Activision shower PS4 with even more exclusives. The company is hungry for money, and will always gravitate towards the console with the most sales.
Bungie isn't to blame. Venting at Bungie won't make the "full experience" problem just disappear. Activision is the publisher, and therefore make the marketing decisions.
I'm sorry you're on the short end of the stick this time around. Just be happy all of ROI isn't delayed a whole 3-12 months, and that its just a few exclusive items instead.
