The problem and major flaw with your matchmaking is that you match all the below average players against one another, all the average players together, and the all the ABOVE average players together. Well news flash, there's a wide range of skills being match with above average players and it's NEVER fair to the players who are at the bottom range of that spectrum facing people who are streamers and play professionally.
