No that implies anytime after then. "Until at least" means it's a mandatory minimum, not a promised availability. Could be fall 2016 to never.

However I am just answering the question you asked http://prntscr.com/c83qjs so there is proof that it was originally "until at least Fall 2016" which is what you asked for.
