4 RepliesI think it's cool to see fans of a game series be inspired and create a game of their own, but the thing is that Halo is a copyrighted property. I realize you claim it is legal, but the risk is quite high that you game might get taken down by Microsoft if they feel it may hurt their IP. I do support the idea you guys have, but when you look at what happened to Galaxy in turmoil, doesn't it worry you? I think it would be better to make a game inspired by halo, but not necessarily directly based on the series. If you made the game it's own thing, similar to what is happening with Galaxy in turmoil now, you would have a higher likelihood of actually having the game released. I understand you guys are hard at work with installation 0, but for all the effort you are putting into the game, couldn't you have created a game that is completely yours, with no possibility of loosing the ability to work on the game?
