Hi,
I am an admin for the Terror Britannia clan who has been trying to tidy up some old group announcements.
I have been able to successfully delete most of them, but some I can't and it's pretty frustrating.
When I try to delete them I get the message: "Moderating non-member posts in public group threads is not permitted."
I understand that these are public posts and I therefore can't delete them. But the people who have posted them aren't even members of our group anymore! So I would like to request an option for admins to remove posts like this as group announcements.
Here is a link to our clan forum: https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/1065478/0/1/0. The last announcement titled "Promotion" is an example of a post I would like the option to remove as such.
Also, while I am at it. Please, for the love of the Traveller and all that is light, please give us the ability to search for specific members or at least sort them alphabetically so we don't have to fish through hundreds of pages if we want to promote, kick or ban someone.
Pretty please?
Thanks.

Bump again, still waiting ^^

I like how they got back to you about this...oh, they didn't!?! Here's a bump hoping someone at Bungie sees this for you. Good luck!

Bump! I agree, the tools at our disposal as group admins are rather lacking. Especially for groups with head counts of several thousand. When it is deemed necessary to ban/remove someone from the group, it is unfortunately a case of having to manually sift through several hundred pages of members. One by one. Checking each page for the member's name. Not a fun task. I do believe that the site needs a thorough makeover. The last one, adding leader boards and splitting the clans, was met with some level of controversy. Perhaps the site, or at least the admin tools, needs a rethink to enable our great community to enhance the social experience found outside of the game itself. Thanks
