I get his point, but it would be different if there was something similar to the terminals in the later Halo games where you could at least read the grimoire cards in game. Having to scroll through the website is annoying. Besides, most people are too lazy to do so. They could easily remedy this by adding a Grimoire Terminal in the Tower similar to the ones they have through out for collections, abandoned quests, Eververse, etc..
