I've read the card you mentioned multiple times and read no such sentence "admired the Traveller for not leaving" Unless you provided the wrong card. Ghost fragment: mysteries says no such thing. And the Rasputin card says that all those things are in effect. Yes they were pre requisites and they were all happening. I've read both cards mentioned multiple times in the past few minutes.
