Wired=more stable than WiFI? Yes.
WiFi, when built well (using decent equipment)? Works just as well.
Not everyone grasps the stupid nuances of networking (even on a home LAN), and giving general advice that wired is better than wifi for stability is a good generalization.....and those of us who are geeks understand how to keep a wifi network tuned so it is as good as wire. Most of us are not interested in the details of how it all works (personally...I turn the key on my car, and expect the engine to start....not knowing the intricacies of how a combustion engines works).
Sorry....long rant.
Anywho.....this is damn good info for those that are not network specialists, and just want to have a good experience playing online.
