High impact autos n pulses, medium impact pulses n maybe autos, get rid of bloom on handcannons, increase flinch on oversized rounds, buff range on handcannons a bit

That's just easy mode. With those buffs nothing will actually take practice to get good with. I like a bit of challenge using weapons well. I can agree with your shout for high impact autos too, but that's literally it. Maybe low impact fusions can shoot slightly quicker too, but that's me looking for things. I main hand cannons and I think they're absolutely fine. Nothing wrong with not being able to spam. And almost every handcanon that drops nowadays comes with rifled barrel or small bore anyway. Any range perk to an eyasluna makes it basically 100% accurate at even long range.

That's because eyasluna has insane base range n stability...if u get rifled barrel n range finder it's great...range finder adds 10% range n 20% less damage fall off... But most handcannons don't have high base range...some are terrible...base range needs to be buffed on some handcannons... Sucks too if u don't get rifled barrel on handcannon u pretty much gotta scrap it.... N it sucks that there are so many useless perks which makes it so hard to get good perks...on top of that it's super hard to get a handcannon to even drop...
