Really though? What type of buff do you suggest then? When im using a scout rifle, I have fair gunfights with most people. Snipers though, I do lose most of the time. Simple because the flinch isn't enough. If your staring down your scope and someone is hard scoping you just flank them? Snipers have always and should remain one shot to the head. I don't run around with a sniper since I'm not actually proficient enough, those who are then I don't blame them if they have the skill.
