Man, screw the right perks. I wish they would do away with them and add more cool perks that change the way we play within balanced boundaries

Please no, the list of junk perks is already so long, that it's almost impossible to get any decent rolls nowadays (Thank you Bungie for bringing us stuff like Last Resort, Exhumed, Gorilla Fighter, Take a Knee, Relentless Tracker, Partial Refund and the one that refills the mag upon super usage; this has brought the loot frustration to a totally new level...).

Then let's get rid of Counterbalance, Rifled Barrel, and the bunch, slightly buff all Primaries, and work on better perks than the ones we had in HoW

I think you mean Perfect Balance. Counterbalance only affects side to side recoil.
