Everything you've said in your original post is bullshit. One of the main things is you saying if you follow these steps it will seriously reduce lag. First off that shit doesn't apply to everyone. If person has satellite internet then they are just SOL. So you saying that if these steps are followed it will reduce a lot of the lag is a bunch of bullshit.
